Art Goal: To visually create a unique identity for the new 4 West unit while establishing, through the use of contemporary abstract art, an upscale residential feel across the newly renovated 4th floor patient unit. Abstract art was specifically selected to resonate a wide range of patients over many years. Recent research shows us that patients often abstract art can often engage viewers for longer lengths of time than photo realism as the abstract quality of the art allows for personal interpretation, engagement time and again.
