Dayton Children’s Hospital

Dayton Children’s Hospital

Dayton, OH
Square Feet: 260,000
Art Count: 248
Timeline: March 2015 – November 2017
Architect/Interior Designer: FKP/Champlin Architecture

Dayton Children’s was in the midst of a campus renewal project including an 8-story patient tower and a campus expansion when the hospital conducted a study that revealed little differentiation from nearby providers and inconsistencies in their patient and brand experience. The intersection of these initiatives provided an opportunity for a physical and cultural transformation. A multi-disciplinary collaborative approach led to the creation of a distinctly Dayton multi campus experience that reflects both the level of care and expertise for which the hospital is known.
