Dayton Children’s new 5 story specialty care center is built from families’ wish lists, fulfilling a commitment to the region to reinvent the path to health for today’s families and generations of children to come. The 150,000-square-foot building houses more than 30 pediatric specialties in a bright, welcoming, whimsical indoor and outdoor space.

Art Goals: To engage children and their families in an artful journey of delight and discovery as they explore the Specialty Care Center. Imaginative art elements integrate building design with on-brand wayfinding to create a whimsical environment that helps distract patients from the clinical side of their visit while creating memories to set the stage for successful return visits and improved outcomes.
