Healthcare Design Magazine Celebrates DCH!

We are excited to see Dayton Children’s Hospital being celebrated in the August 2019 issue of Health Care Designs Magazine!  Check out page 36, “Growth spurt:  New Pediatric projects are taking off across the country”, edited by Anne Dinardo.  The article begins with a great areal shot of the 4th floor sky deck outdoor play area and also includes additional photos of their light filled atrium, a 3-D interactive DragonFlyer and a fun interactive wall for all ages!

We began our work with Dayton Children’s Hospital in March of 2015, and are delighted to continue our work with them to this day! A multi-disciplinary collaboration led to the creating of a distinctly Dayton multi campus experience that reflects both the level of care and expertise for which the hospital is known. “Things that Fly,” sprung from Dayton’s rich aviation heritage and became the guiding directive for design, art, graphics, donor recognition and wayfinding. The concept of flight, from flying machines to hopes and dreams, became the visual anchor throughout the new construction projects. Large scale custom graphics in elevator lobbies and all public areas continue the flight theme and support hospital branding and wayfinding. We are proud to have helped to create such a wonderful space for such wonderful people! Thank you Dayton Children’s Hospital for the opportunity and thank you Health Care Design Magazine for featuring our work!
